Introductory Beekeeping Workshop

This hands-on workshop at Heritage Gardens Nursery will teach you the basics of backyard beekeeping.

It is informative and very hands on and perfect for people with little or no experience.  Includes a delicious lunch & drink at the Heritage Gardens Nursery cafe.

Includes practical session working with the hives, bees and honey collection.

* Bee suit available for lend on the day or bring your own.

* Bees don’t really like dark colours, so please wear light coloured long sleeves and pants, broad hat and closed shoes.

Cost: $180 per adult / $100 under 16 years
